I say Tyson would KO Evan Fields in a matter of 5 rounds or less.

Mike Tyson 1988 Vs. Evander Holyfield (Bowe 1 or Bowe 2 fight).
I don't know who would win there. I don't have that much boxing knowledge. But I would very much like to see it; and who wouldn't?

He isn't stopping The Real Deal within five, that's for sure.

Holyfield is just smarter and more elusive, I think, so I vote for him winning.

I would still lean Holyfield confidently. He is the better and more proven fighter.

Holy was a 25-1 dog for their first fight. James was a 42-1 dog for their fight. SMDH.

It's because Holyfield was having heart issues probably from Peds, and looked shot in Bowe 3, Moorer 1, fights. But when Holyfield comeback juiced to the gills and refreshed. Holyfields performances vs Tyson 1, Moorer 2. Were arguably his best ever performances at Heavyweight.

Holy had his number. Didn't matter when they fought

I don’t know. If Holyfield used the same strategy there may be some more bumps with a younger Tyson but I think the outcome is the same mostly, Younger Holyfield may not abide by the plan he did with his team when it happened he wasn’t as cautious as he should be at times, also if they don’t see what they saw the first time in camp I think it’s possible Mike would overwhelm a less prepared Holyfield. I pick Holy if he sticks to/has the same gameplan. 70-30.

I think his team has Tyson’s number. Perfect gameplan for the fight.

This. Holy probably always beats him. He was smarter, tougher, busier, and had the tools to neutralize the peak a boo hurricane.

Yeah but that was all thanks to steroids. What about a prime tyson vs non juiced Holyfield? I don't think it would be even close.

Im pretty sure Tyson himself admitted to using low doses numerous times, at least after prison. Though I don't have sources to be fair.

Yes he has admitted that. I like to think that in his early career he was not juiced, but can't say for certain.

Holyfield, on the other hand, has been juiced to the max for years. One look at his back will tell you that right away.

Hoylfield handled the punching power of a prime Riddick Bowe, George Foreman, Dokes, Stewart, etc. I don't think he'd get steam rolled by Tyson just because he wasn't juicing (which is something you don't actually know. He could have been juicing back then too). Holyfield was never afraid of Tyson and always had the tools and skills to beat him. Taking roids doesn't make your chin better either by the way.

Juiced Hoylfield was physically stronger, but he was also slower, older, with worse reflexes, slower feet, and had been in many painful brutal wars prior to facing Tyson. It was a tradeoff.
