Well nobody knows 100% it’s all just speculation so far however,Fury could have gave more time and Joshua obviously wants the fight and will not get a chance like this again anytime soon so that leaves it down to Hearn and Dazn. Hearn has been negative about the whole thing since the offer was made by Fury to Joshua and Dazn have just recently signed Joshua up as a shareholder,special advisor and brand ambassador as part of this deal.In his role of special advisor Joshua will join Dazn strategic advisory board. This is business and Dazn will simply not let there main asset risk a possible 3 losses on the trot,they will want the revenue from a few rebuild fights first and then Joshua going into a title fight. Now as a Fury fan if this fight has indeed fell through Fury will not get away with fighting Charr or a trilogy fight with Chisora it has to be genuine top contender, Charr or Chisora simply do not cut it !!
The issue with the fight being on both platforms is nobody would buy the fight on the app. It's definitely going to have been a sticking point. And there's no Saudi billionaires to make the problem go away this time. Maybe they can/could find a solution but I said from day 1 it's the only real obstacle to overcome.

My take: When hyper phase Fury first 'announced' the fight on insta, Queensbury didn't have a clue he was gonna do that. Then Joshua surprisingly (to them) quickly accepted the 'offer' and this forced Warren's hand, not wanting to look like his side of the deal were backing out. So they sent a contract penned in Latin, or Swahili... or in 'Gypsy' and written how you'd expect Brad Pitt's character from Snatch to write knowing this would delay things long enough for Fury to call off the fight as unilaterally as he'd announced it. Then everything could go back to plan A, namely Charr or Kabayel...
