Anyone that thought Fury wasn’t fighting charr next is seriously deluded and needs help.

you went from calling Chisora a can one second to defending Pulev as a serious fighter the next second.
so you are probably the biggest idiot.

He was the mandatory. IBF deemed him the no.1 challenger. So with all due respect it doesn’t matter if you thought he was an easy fight or not.

For the record I don’t like either of them. I just like AJ a bit more than Fury at this point.

    yes. he was mandatory.
that just discredits the IBF further.
i'm not complaining about AJ fighting him. i'm just pointing out he was a weak/soft challenger.

True. Not sure how he got to no.1. Bit like when Stiverne became mandatory to Wilder again. Like how on Earth?

Be interesting to see what guarantee Fury would have vs Charr.

If he gets 10 or 15 mil for a sparring session with a can I can’t really blame him

    Agreed to 1.
WBC will have no problem accepting their $250k and all expenses trip to UK.
BT will as it’s free PPV content. It’s free for them as they will benefit probably £700-1m from the PPV they would accept any old crap. If it was on their non PPV platform they would be fuming

My guess is £3-4m which is easy work for a Charr fight. Nice Christmas bonus which is why he’s taking it. He will learn nothing from Charr. But if it’s 100k buys and 70k tickets on a fairly low price at £60 he was Will make a couple of quid.

it’s telling that Arum has zero interest in putting these fights on in US and taking the hit he’s happy letting Frank pick up the tab. Looks like the Whyte fight didn’t breakeven

Pulev would be Wilders best career win whilst he isn AJ's sixth best opponent he has beaten. Speaks volumes about the gulf in quality between the two records.

Ruiz has a better career win than most with his win over AJ. Also beat Wilder's best opponent in Ortiz. Can't consider Wilder a top fighter if you don't consider Ruiz to be.

Pulev would be Wilders career best win, whilst Takam is better than anyone Wilder has beaten except Ortiz.

Tyson losing a lot of respect given what you see online, his bluff got well and truly called out and now looks like an idiot. No wonder boxing is finished with stuff like this going on.

    Yep.

AJ just has the best marketing in the heavyweight division. That's all.

And they're all still better opponents than Charr.
