Parker is better than most of the fighters Tyson beat and has a better chin than nearly all the fighters Mike stopped, he`s better than Tillis Green as they were when Tyson failed to stop them and he`s quicker than boneclutcher was.
Bringing the fight to a prime Tyson while being easy to hit and using your head to block is a recipe for disaster. I'm a big Joyce fan now but some Parker shots stopped him in his tracks and spin his senses for a second. I know he's older and started late, but should still try to improve his defense. Absorbing huge shots every fight is cumulative and your chin could eventually give out. Parker is not the the combo puncher Tyson is to follow up jolting shots when he clocked Joyce. I'd like to see Joyce against Ruiz, if Usyk - Wilder fight next, heck even AJ - Joyce would let us know what his chin & defense really could take.
Debatable if Parker beats any of Tyson's world title opponents in the 80s. And as i said before Green fought to survive by clinching, and Tillis was a fleet footed Heavyweight like a poor man's Ali. Which Heavyweight now has the quick feet of Tillis ?
Be an interesting fight. Tyson would have to show up at his best to win. If he showed up like he did vs Douglas or even possibly Holyfield I'd go with Joyce. In his absolute prime however I'm going with Tyson. I think his body punching would be the difference. People don't invest enough with body shots on Joyce. He doesn't have a glass body but it is his weakness.
Dont cast your pearls to swines especially the type with comprehension deficiencies. You are one of the very few sensible posters on here
Aye I know and I clearly said in the post in his absolute prime Tyson wins but I don't think he would later on what's hard to understand.
