Why dont you tell me how many pages it had? Are you a lawyer? Are you a promoter? Are you the head of boxing at BT Sport or DAZN? You dont know ****. All you know is that you are a fan of Tyson Fury and nothing beyond that. You stick with your guy, you clearly share the same mental instability as the gyppo

Joshua is coming off of back to back losses and has 3 total losses now. His stock has dropped massively and beating Fury would be probably the only way he could ever go back to where he was a few years ago, its also the biggest money fight he could have, well that or Wilder. With that in mind, why would he duck? this fight is a lifeline for him.

Warren hanged him out to dry and stated that earlier in the day that Fury pulled out that all promoters and broadcasters had very positive talks.

Warren has exposed Fury here, not a good look for Fury.

Load of rubbish thread. Hearn doesn't want Joshua fighting off DAZN again and getting beat 3x in a row which is what would happen.

He could clear it up with DAZN but he knows they'll be making an even bigger loss on Joshua then.

I’m a corporate attorney and most of our deals take weeks to consummate.

I don’t know how boxing contracts get negotiated but would not be surprised if 10 days is insufficient. And of course Joshua and Hearn are not the ones reviewing it anyway.

    Warren told Talk Sport.

“For me, he’s set a deadline that was ten days after he sent the contract and a few people have said that it doesn’t make sense, but it’s ten days. You get a transfer deadline in football and sometimes there’s a scramble last-minute to get players and get it over the line, that’s what should have been happening. We’ll see where it goes, but at the moment I feel that we are where we are with it.”

Yeah nice try.... 10 days... Its a duck.

It's a duck and clear that it's Fury that is ducking AJ to apparently fight a guy who isn't in the top 50.

It was 10 days. We can go round and round all day, but you cant change the fact AJ didnt sign, he had 10 days!!
Fury has done the right thing, he shouldnt have to wait for that prima-dona, I say let Fury fight who he wants until Usyk is ready. Thats the only fight that matters now.
Josh can go do what Hearn and Dazn tell him like a good little puppet he is.

If one thing is absolutely clear it’s that Tyson Fury has walked away from this fight not Anthony Joshua!

Warren was completely sideswiped by Fury’s ridiculous coke fuelled deadline, issued in the crowd as an off the cuff, ill considered attention grab. There was absolutely no need for a deadline, Warren & Hearn we’re meeting on the Monday, Joshua had very publicly accepted the offer and the conditions. The Broadcasters respective Lawyers we’re meeting to thrash out the deal and all was looking positive.
Even Warren and Hearn were in furious agreement for a change.

Then up pops Fury with his deadline and the fights off 48 hours later

Fury is an A-hole and he’s 100% the reason this fights not happening

You need a deadline at some point, Hearn and AJ can't just sit on the contract indefinetly.

The fight still gets made imo anyway.

The fight was agreed for 3rd December

Hearn, Joshua and the Broadcast Lawyers had the contract a total of 10 days between them, during that time Matchroom had Canelo v GGG and the Queen died.

Warren and Fury had the contract for 15 days after the verbal offer was accepted and during that time nothing happened to delay sending it to Matchroom
