Since Fury clearly doesn't fancy any part of Joshua or Usyk I'm cool with this. Either Wilder gets his turds pushed in again or Fury finally get shut up. Win win.

Fury and his camp are just floating names to see which is the worst bum he can get away with facing. They are also using the seach for an opponent to put off fighting until next year. The only way Fury fights in December is if it is against a no hoper like Charr or Kabayel.

Bare knuckle or UFC rules would be ok.

The only way a 4th fight would ever come close to making sense would be in some alternate reality where Fury goes off and fights a couple of bums while Wilder somehow takes on and smashes AJ, then somehow takes on and smashes Usyk and gets those 3 belts plus the Ring belt, and then Fury decides to go for the undisputed by taking on wilder one last time before he rides off into the sunset. Yes, I'd watch that fight, but (un)fortunately, we do not live in that universe.

Fury may get KO'd this time. He got away with it last time as some people thought he should have been counted out.

Fury is past his prime and he's much easier to hit.

May or may not. Based on the fights, it's Wilder that can wipe the floor even faster. And no - Fury didn't get away with the count, every fighter, when down, if adequate to continue, sticks to the referee's counting speed and gains time if slow or gets up faster if the referee's fast. This one was slow, but was slow for both Fury and Wilder. It isn't the first referee that counts a bit slower, but the boxing rules says 10 count and does not specify how fast that should be.

Being past his prime - maybe, we're about to see if he does few more quality fights. Maybe it's just the change of his style. Wilder might be crappy in many ways, but his punching power is a threat for everyone. If we go back to how Fury dealt with Whyte - not even a drop of sweat, so this doesn't seems to be "past prime".

To the topic: 4th fight is idiotic. Even if Wilder wins, the result will be 2-1-draw officially, in reality will be 3-1 for Fury.

I agree Fury is 3-0 up on fights, I don't think Fury should have been counted out, but I think on another night he could have been. He left it close.

People say his daughter was sick and that's what caused him to be out of shape, but in reality he just didn't train during covid years at all.

He was well out of shape. He clearly doesn't care about being healthy.

How do you know Fury is past his prime? Is that based on his last outing where Whyte barely landed a glove on him? I'm not trying to be a comedian, I'm genuinely curious.

I can't tell. Having a sick child is slightly said a concern. Maybe it's an excuse on his side. It's true otherwise that after coming back from his alcohol and drugs hiatus he actually lost weight, but decided to become heavier than before as a boxer and maybe still drink a bit more occasionally, I can't tell for the last again. But in the long therm, he should take care for his health because he's young now, but alcohol and drugs abuse often hits back sometime later, like in one's 50's to 60's, could be earlier as well. And him being a bit fatty now is a problem. It's my opinion, but he'll be just fine around 115 kg. Should also never loose completely his old style, it's his "Plan B".
