What! I missed Liston and Langford…I may have to do a bit of editing…or maybe not…I don’t know.
    9 into 7 just doesn’t fit:(
With regret, I’ve removed the mighty Joe Frazier to accommodate…in my opinion…the even mightier Sam Langford.

    Sonny Liston (1953-1970)
    Jack Dempsey (1914-1927)
    Joe Louis (1934-1951)
    Muhammad Ali (1960-1981)
    Rocky Marciano (1947-1955)
    Joe Frazier (1965-1981)
    George Foreman (1969-1999)
This one was sooo hard. Leaving out Johnson and Schmeling felt wrong but there we go.

Don`t think so,also taking Langfords LH fights into consideration he is by bar far the greater fighter

    Read rule 4.

If I told you there was a teenager that stood 5ft 6.5ins that could beat Loma at 135lbs and then go on to be considered to be on the better side of a draw with Crawford at 147, beat Canelo at 168 and beat Wilder and Joshua 7 or 8 times each, you'd laugh at me it would be so absurd, and you wouldn't be alone.

Foreman was different gravy. Langford maybe have more titles and beaten more champions but that’s just because Foreman’s to big to fight at others weights. Foreman’s would demolish Langford within 3 rounds if they fought. How many titles did Langford win when he was 45? Don’t compare these two. One will be remembered for decades as a legend the other will be forgotten.

Langford's already been remembered for decades as a legend

So has Foreman, come to that.

Only by hard cores. I only know a bit about him myself and I know boxing history. Foreman is a house hold name.

I'm not sure that's true tbh.

But, you are right that Foreman is by far the more famous fighter; he's also on the list and a fine inclusion for the HoF. So no doubt your list is OK by me.

There's been a few tough lists to do but i found this one fairly simple without Lewis and Holmes in the line up. But overall thanks for doing this @McGrain had alot of fun with it.
