His weakness is thinking that anything can be overcome with a few months of tweaks and adjustments when it cannot.

He needs a complete mental reset and different approach to the game.

The chin and gas tank aren't brilliant but they're not that bad either. He was still around in the 11th to finish Wlad off, so he can take a bit of punishment and last a bit.

I think he has more than enough skill for the HW division, especially when you look at his size, which compensates for a lot.

That means it's probably his mental and psychological weaknesses. Seems like a typical bully type fake warrior. It's easy to be confident when you are bigger and stronger and have better PEDs than basically everyone you face, and knock them over for a while.

He folds when he can't get his way with all the usual advantages he has. His fans can claim otherwise, but it's been proven in the Ruiz and the Usyk fights. When these smaller men got the advantage in those fights, he didn't put it on the line, he looked for the easy way out, either quitting or lasting the distance without too much risk.

For all of Fury's character flaws, so far he has proven that he'll fight when the going gets tough, put it on the line. He could have gone defensive and lost on points to Cunningham. He could have stayed down and been satisfied with a 'good show' in Wilder I. He could have opted out against Wallin too and just taken the rematch.

AJ's problem is that Usyk is too good.

Otherwise he is a world class heavyweight with many outstanding features that got him to a world champion title.

He's done. He doesn't have self confidence, he doesn't have good skills. He gets tired too quickly.

    He will not reign again.

I think Beterbiev has already aimed at Joshua, he was talking about going up to heavyweight. He would beat Joshua black and blue and knock him out.

I feel the decline started with Wlad's right hand. I believe Joshua was quoted saying something like 'I can't keep having fights like that' after his win and, really, he's never been the same destructive force since.

Being more cautious took away one of his greatest assets - he used to walk down and intimidate opponents, from the first bell pretty much, and let his hands go at will with little consideration for what came back. He stopped doing that after beating Wlad apart from once - against Ruiz - and that merely reaffirmed within himself he couldn't trade like that anymore.

I don't think any boxer could say they like being punched, but Joshua reacts really badly to taking shots - they both buzz and discombobulate him - and this leads us back to Wlad's right hand and its psychological scars.

Although he's brushed up his skills, he's not good enough a boxer to win world-level fights tactically and without the belief he can walk through anyone, he's a lesser fighter now than he was back in 2017...

I don’t think Joshua has any problems as a fighter as all fighters have flaws to some extent also like other fighters before him his losses where simply losing to a better fighter on the night. Losing to Usyk twice does not harm his legacy or record as he is a highly recognised talent and a lot rightly predicted that Usyk would beat him,but the Ruiz loss when he quit will always be talked about as will him throwing Usyks belts out the ring after losing the rematch. Joshua without a doubt was a PPV monster when fighting in Britain but it’s yet to be seen if his drawing power has been effected now he has no belts and his actions after the second Usyk loss . Time will tell but in his favour there are some massive fights to be made for him in the current division a lot of fans would still like to see .

Olympic gold medalist (granted it's a fraudulent gold)
    World Amateur silver medalist
    2 x ABA champ

    Beat

    Wlad
    Povetkin
    Pulev
    Fat Andy
    Whyte
    Takam
    J-Park
    Martin
    Kevin Johnson
    Breazeale

He's dropped everyone he's fought sans Usyk and J-Park and he's stopped all but two of his victims

    All stopped

    Wlad
    Povetkin
    Pulev
    Whyte
    Takam
    Martin
    Kevin Johnson
    Breazeale

Wlad, Povetkin, and Pulev were old and past their best but they were all still formidable and worthy of their top 10 rankings. Wlad and Povetkin were both still dangerous and powerful

Lost to current P4P#1, former undisputed CW champion, current three-belt unified HW champion, Olympic gold, World Amateur Championships gold, and European gold medalist and generational talent Usyk x 2

Got stopped by Fat Andy after getting caught with a big shot whilst going in for the kill after scoring a KD

These things happen in HW boxing. Lewis got KO'd x 2 by lesser opponents. Tyson got knocked out by Buster Doogles. Wlad got knocked out by Sanders. Louis got knocked out by Schmeling. Floyd Patterson got knocked out by Ingemar Johansson. Morrison got KO'd by Bent etc.

    In the amateurs he beat

    Cammarelle (razor-close and controversial)
    Ivan Dychko
    Joe Joyce
    Zhang
    Savon (clear loss)
    Otto Wallin
    Sergey Kuzmin
    Erik Pfeifer
    Frazer Clarke
    Mohammed Arjaoui

Lost in the Word Amateur Championships final by a single point to Majidov in the later's backyard

    It's in his nature.
    He lacks conviction.

He is a bitsch, he didnt even try to really win the second time against usyk, say what you will about wilder, but he would have tried everything to ko usyk if he were at aj’s place in round 10, even if that means to be brutaly koed

    AJ is fine.

He’s just come up against a better fighter and a tough stylistic match up that’s all.

    There’s nothing wrong with him.

He hasn’t got a problem he’s just simply not an elite talent like Usyk is and that’s alright. Not every HW champ Is destined to become a legend.
