He's not fought much good opposition yet but you can clearly see he hits hard. Joyce said that Dubois hits way harder than Parker (although Parker is not the biggest puncher).

Okolie, who is good friends with AJ, has sparred AJ, Whyte and Dubois and he says that Dubois has the most power out of those three guys.

What was Joyce like against Usyk when they fought in the amateurs?

The amateurs were a while ago, right now that chin is handling flush shots and coming forward like they were nothing, it's impossible to ignore. Of course anyone can be knocked out, nobody is invincible but it's very rare you see a heavyweight do what Joyce is doing.

A while ago? He wasn't 10 mate. He got banjoed in his prime - this is undisputable.

Are we saying his prime years were when he was a lighter fighter before he turned professional?

Are you saying that at 37 years old he's in his prime?

Different fighters peak at different stages, he's not battleworn, he turned pro just under 5 years ago. A 37 year old Joyce, at this stage in his career, is more like a 27/28 year old Fury.

So he's not in his prime. Thanks for clearing that up.

He's never been better than he is right now. Would you argue against that?

I don't want sound rude but do you understand what prime means? He's peaking now, he wasn't peaking when he was in the amateurs, I thought I made that very clear.

Indeed he is. But prime isn't only physical; it's technical, tactical and psychological too. No previous version of Joyce is as good as the one we witnessed vs Parker...
