Shocking resume when you look at it. And next up is a blown up welterweight young unproven prospect!

Posts like this often make me wonder if people on here actually like boxing, or just all the waffle that goes alongside it.

His list of wins on the up to about the George Groves fight was fine.
Some decent journeymen type like Pryce early in his carrer eventually looses a close figth with BJS.. Rebuilds against solid opposition:
Chudinov, Spike, Doran and eventually faded warhorse Arabrahm which is what he needed a that point then destroys Yildrim.

It's after the Groves defeat the wheels seem to have come off: De Gale was finished after his shoulder injury and Jnr took easy money. Got lucky/unlucky with the Koborev fight and then the pademic arrived an he was out of the ring for a good while. 2 fairly pointless fights against Morrison and the other guy eventually lead to a solid fight on paper Vs Liam Williams but Williams looks a shadow of the fighter he was. Gets dropped by a jab and Eubank should batter the guy and have it over with. Instead he looks like a D level Roy Jones takes more right hands than he should and the performance looks less impressive.

The last few years of his career have been a real waste. I expect him to beat Benn but then what. He threw GGG names out the other week is he going to try and finally get in the ring with him now he's 40 ( I don't see it). Andrade, Muniga??? Both hard fights good boxing fights but they don't do much for the Eubank ego.

So back to the original question. I think the Abraham win is easily the best. Yes AA was past his best but he'd won his last 2 and won his last fight against a solid if unspectacular opponent.

    Past it Abraham.

Degale was never the same after the Jack fight and totally spent.

Yildrim, undefeated at the time and went on to challenge for the title, nobody dealt with him like Jnr did, a brilliantly brutal KO.

Mad to think he's 32 and his dad retired at 31

He’s 33 now. In terrific shape and supremely talented. It’s all coming together for him and the nation seems to be behind him.

I hadn’t realised that. Jr has probably taken about 2% of the damage his dad took while likely earning more.

Sure he’s inactive but he’s a solid world level fighter, granite chin/great stamina/lightning fast. I quite like him.

yildrim probably his best win. Remember the Williams fight was 50/50 on this forum yet now it’s meaningless?!

Benn is a money fight, who wouldn’t take that payday which will be an EASY nights work for him you can quote me on that. He shouldn’t be calling out shot Brook/khan tho that’s a bad look.

he should have went all out for Andrade I think he would have beaten him, don’t really rate Andrade that highly.

He's been horribly mismanaged and far too inactive. Could have achieve so much if managed properly.

Mismanaged?? He's a multi millionaire with barley a scratch on him. His manager has earned every bit of his 20%.

From a fans perspective its a bit underwhelming

Hes earned far more money than his achievements and ability deserves.

He lost his pen when Hearn delivered the GGG fight he asked for, and simply wasnt good enough when he lost to BJS and Groves. I'm sure he was mandatory for a world title at one point but seems to prefer easier non title pays days!
