A recognition that a live TV Broadcast will always be more popular than a delayed streaming broadcast between 1 and 2 mins on DAZN UK.

Eddie Hearn will be claiming credit soon for the invention of the television and the new innovative way of watching through cable television.

That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.

    Hearn is a genius

That's true and as a promoter I guess he failed in that respect. But people keep saying the PPV "lost money" when it really shouldn't have.

It's a subscription to DAZN. How do you know Virgin isn't just opening up a slot in its apps and linking to the stream same as everyone else gets?

Sky Q and Sky Glass are going exactly the same way. Get used to streaming, with delays or otherwise. In the UK it's government policy to have all broadcasting delivered by stream as soon as practically doable.

It is a PPV add on so must be on their dedicated Box Office channels.

Sky Glass is total gash and a huge flop so far. There needs to be huge advances before the masses of Sky Q customers sign up for that.

It probably does about 300k-400K buys.

On Sky it would do an awful lot more

Sky Glass is great, not had a day's problem with it. Allowed us to have Sky where circumstances prevent having a dish or cable.

The "pucks" for multiroom are now being offered standalone; Sky will keep pushing these until they don't have to pay carriage fees for satellite (and of course, allow them to package broadband too).

The fight was trending 1 in the UK on Twitter. People were definitely watching.

I think it did around 150,000 buys. There was nothing else on that night, no PL football that weekend.

Eubank Benn will struggle. There is a big difference between a PPV fight for £20 and £28.

In relation to the fact that it is DAZN UK, I think a good guess is around 500 to 600k.

The casuals will love this one but I still don't think it'll do as much as Hearn thinks/hopes, mainly as the undercard is utter shite.
