https://boxdb.org You can add/edit any fighter/fight. It is open and free to use. Given the newer limitations of a certain other site, it has the potential to grow. At the moment, there are a few features absent (listed on the about page), some of which will include the ability to manage ratings and add an upcoming fight schedule. Cool idea but it seems like it will be a lot of work to make sure the data is accurate with it all being user generated.
Could easily fill this entire thing in with a bot from existing databases but that would ruin the fun.
I've been looking - but the issue is finding an open/free API. Someone has a script on github to scrape the BoxRec db, at the risk of being IP banned. So there is more potential for the site to at least have an open API for everyone to use
Thanks and agreed - user accounts will be brought in, with the ability to flag content etc. especially if profile images are to be brought in.
Good stuff OP, unfortunately it looks like alot of people on here are already messing around on your site and disrespecting the work you have and are attempting to put in. Sadly maybe not the best forum to ask for support.
