Didn't Roy drop Joe with a forearm mate ? As for Hopkins ? Well yea that was a legit drop but you saying a " 40 something " Bernard as a jibe pales into insignificance when you consider Hopkins wrecked Kelly Pavlik a few months later .

Also Joe getting dropped by a THEN bonified 175lbs fighter during the first round of his first fight @ Light Heavy ain't a thing anyone can slate him for as he made adjustments and b um shagged him infront of 3 home judges & a home Referee . Kid was the best at 168lbs imho at this moment .

This thread really shows me how much people overrate Joe Calzaghe

Canelo is not that good, he`s a great puncher but doesn`t have Joe`s speed.

No it was the inside of his fist. The forearm is past the wrist.

I saw the slowmo it was his forearm, it meant nothing to the fight.

GGG is too small to hurt Calzaghe, Brewer hit harder than anybody Canelo has fought, Canelo`s defense isn`t that good.
4:02 - 4:19 Canelo isn`t being trained properly, Calzaghe had better techique.
