im ok with the decision. she went after it more. i like how it was fought at a high enough level that you can see the adjustments being made by each side as the fight develops. wasnt just get in there and windmill.

 

And..

These damned fights need 3 min rounds. Can't develop anything hardly in 2

 

She won the first 2 imo

 

I thought the judges would give it to mayer. Very close fight for me. Both evened each other out a lot thoughout the fight. Hard to score. Well done to baumgardner. Nice girl. Don't think she wouldve fled the scene like mayer did

 

Yeah, look at Meyer face. She got clipped with good shots. It was just Baum got tired and couldn't sustain more offense. Had she stood and bang. There would be no doubt!!

 

To me entering the 10th round Mayer was fighting for a draw, so if anyone was going to win it should have been Baum. But Mayer got that Top Rank protection (as you can tell from the 97-93 nutso card) so I just assumed unless Baum KO'd her or just flat-out dominated Mayer, getting the win was too big an uphill battle.

 

Babygirl Alycia made me some good money!!!!

97-93 is a joke. I would of been ok with draw but alycia is BAE

 

Tim Bradley wanting to see them drop their guards and flap in the wind to try and score points like he did is funny though.

Im ok with the decision too, if Mikaela won the 10th I would have it a draw at worst for her though, but I'm not sure what she was doing in the 10th.

 

I thought Mayer controlled the fight but had it a draw.

 

Baum deserved the win. Amazing Ass.

 

Annoyed about that as I had bet on a draw.

At the end of the fight I thought I had a reasonable chance of winning the bet although I had Mayer edging it personally.
