    I had Myer winning fairly clearly but can see the argument for Alicia

    Wouldn't call it a robbery, just a decision I don't agree with

    I maybe need to watch it back but I had that a clear win for Mayer, very poor decision for me. No way did Alicia win that fight.

    I thought she controlled the vast majority of the fight, controlled the distance very well and out landed Baumgardner fairly consistently.

    Considering how much was made of it, it also did not seem that she was majorly troubled by her power at any point.

    I had Mayer winning by clear 3 rounds, and that was in no way being generous to her, I thought she fought a very good fight and dominated most rounds apart from 2 and 9-10 at the end.

    Joke mate. I know nothing at all about women’s boxing and nothing about their promoters, seems many on here are celebrating the win because of politics. I don’t know any of this i watched a fight and called a spade a spade. Mayer was landing plenty of straigh right hands too. Couldn’t miss, the type that if it’s a man it ko’s them.

    Sky commentary was, once again, horrible and biased towards their fighter, Mayer in this case.

    I can see Shields winning this wide on points and it being fairly boring but hope I’m wrong and it’s a cracker.

    Baum won 4 rounds clear as day so not sure your scoring I had Mayer win by one but her rounds less clear except 2 here comes the American come on Marshall you’ve been talking it up can you do it shields already proved herself you have not

    I'm still going Marshall, I think the 5 week break hasn't helped but, I'm not convinced Shields means what she's says, saying it'll be easy and she'll KO Marshall, I don't think she's as confident as she makes out for this fight at all.

    Swapping between boxing and MMA when you've got your biggest fight to date, doesn't strike me as having your eye fully on boxing.


    Hope I'm not wrong, war Marshall.
