Yeah, I'm looking for Sanchez to win a clean and clear UD. I'm definitely in the minority when it comes to folks on the forum that like him. Sanchez might not be the most exciting guy but he does a lot of things that I appreciate and is a guy that I think will be around for awhile with his skillset. At some point, one of these Cuban heavyweights with flawless footwork has got to pan out. Right?

Flashbacks of Liakhovich? Could happen. Probably will happen.

But 20 bux to earn 120 was too hard to pass up.

Mielnicki isn't doing anything for me. His accuracy isn't great, doesn't seem too to have too much pop and gets uncomfortable easily.

Helenius even train for this? He needed to come in lighter so he can be a little quicker on feet. Instead he is heavier than what he fought in last fight.

Yes people really do underrate Wilder on this site.

I see this going the same way as the Breazeale fight.

The extra weight has given me more cause for doubt here. Going into this this I had him as a very live underdog with a 20-30% chance of winning. Like you said he'll be even more of more hittable of a target and will likely tire quicker. Still... He the power to hurt Wilder, who is coming off back to back brutal defeats. So who knows.

He does look out of shape. I find it hard to believe that he didn’t train hard for one of the most dangerous opponents of his career.

Maybe it’s old age and he’s got the dad bod going despite training hard. We’ll know in the fight.

Always hard to gauge heavyweights with that body type.

One thing that is well proven however is that Robert hasn't got the best gas tank.
I'm not so sure it goes long enough to be a factor anyway.

Helenius trained for a 3 round fight. Wilder cut weight to be dangerous longer when he tired. Wilder can bomb him out in the first or wait until round 5 and get a sloppy helenius out of there. I think that’s what Wilder wants. Helenius for his part should go all out to get Wilder quick. He fires back in exchanges and he can hurt wilder. If he fights brave it could be an interesting first 2 rounds. After that I think Helenius’s chances drop dramatically.

Maybe he is going to go for an early KO, kamikaze style.

I’m going with Helenius to TKO the “greatest clown, ever” in the later rounds

Deontay and Helenius were sparring partners. Very unlikely they’re putting Deontay in off the layoff against a guy they think can actually beat him. They know exactly what Helenius presents. Of course who the hell knows if Wilder’s punch resistance has evaporated but this figures to be an absolute tailor made opponent for him. A guy who will be right in front of him. Just as he likes.

One thing to note is that Helenius was a sparring of Wilder for the Fury fights. They know each other’s style, so I wonder who is going to benefit more in an actual fight.

Are we in for a possible surprise tonight?
