I didn't assume anything, I questioned if he could take Wilder's best punch. Don't get your knickers in a twist.
Tell you what? If he can take Wilder's best punch? It's a yes or no question and we only get to find out when they decide to share a ring. He's the biggest puncher in the division, so to simply state that Usyk will be able to take his best punch is a bit shortsighted. Every man and his dog can get knocked out in this division including Usyk.
Exactly so what was your problem with what I said that made you question what I posted? What makes you think Usyk can't take his punch, because he's the biggest puncher in the HW division? Who has put Usyk on the mat in the division?
Well this, this suggests Usyk can take his best punch or maybe that's not what you meant. I didn't/don't have a problem with what you said, I just disagree.
He can detonate Joshua (low IQ ring fighter) but not Usyk. Hes not so foolish to stay too close to his right hand
Usyk would have to be a heavy favorite. That footwork should be able to avoid the punch. He absolutely starches Joshua though and always would have.
I do not see any usyk-wilder fight . Wilder has no belt to offer and would be dangerous as hell for usyk . It would make no sense for usyk to take the risk
so I guess were at a stand still then since none of us can predict the futue, we can only give an opinion on what is as of now just a hypothetical matchup and either agree to disagree. I say I think Usyk has a great chin, one of the best in HW boxing, because he's taken big shots from AJ over 24 rounds and finished the fight on his feet. Wilder is a more explosive puncher, but those guys he's stopped isn't Usyk. I still think he has a punchers chance, but I favor Usyk to win a comfortable decision if he makes it to the final bell which I think he does.
I'm with you on everything except that I think Wilder will catch him with his big right hand and knock him out. Maybe he will brush it off who's to say? I actually don't think this fight will ever get made though. I think he wants the undisputed fight and then call it a day and how can blame him?
If Wilder can land a big punch, it will be over, but Usyk is very hard to catch with big punches. AJ could not land even a single big punch in 24 rounds. Usyk by UD is the most likely score.
Usyk could embarrass him for 12 rounds, but then again it only takes one shot As great as usyk is, boxers do land on him and Wilder isn't chisora Definitely an intruiging fight Aj on the other hand gets smashed in a single round, maybe 2 at most
