Against the guy you have #1... And not like Fury has done much outside the Wilder fights in recent years.

Ruiz over Wilder is a brainlet take. You're basically rewarding Ruiz for having fought and beaten worse comp. 50yo ancient Ortiz and 42yo shot to bits Arreolo aren't even better than Helenius and Ruiz barely squeaked by both.

Wilder would smash anyone not named Usyk, Joyce or Fury. He even came close with a couple of hail Mary's on Fury who is the current No1. Joshua is broken and wouldn't make it out of 4 rounds IMO unless he somehow gets Wilder out of there beforehand.

    1- Fury
    2 - Usyk
    3 - Wilder

Ruiz's win over Joshua is better than any of Wilder's, by far.

People here are conflating best resume with *current* status.

I wondered what Wilder had left and last night helped altho we still don’t know how he will take a shot post-Fury.

Joyce appears to be peaking so no issue if you want to place him at No. 3. Joshua is an unknown. He, like Wilder, has questions to answer following his recent defeats and meltdown. I actually thought he fought very well in Usyk II, actually. But he hasn’t been the same fighter since Ruiz.

Starching a bum doesn’t get you top three or four. Wilder needs to start fighting too guys and this doesn’t include Fury. That movie doesn’t need a sequel. We’ve seen enough of that and know how it ends.

Good stuff so far, and much as expected, though I am a little surprised that Ruiz does not have a single vote.

    1. Usyk
    2. Joyce
    3. Fury
    4. Joshua
Not sure after 4. These are who I think are currently the best 4. Gut feeling putting Joyce at 2. If ranking by resume, longevity and accomplishments etc then move Joyce down to 4, Fury up to 2 and Joshua to 3.

Both Joshua and Wilder looked good in their last fights.

I prefer Joyce at number 3.
