Whos fury trained to beat any good opponent apart from Tyson to beat klitschko he is living of the back of a nephew who would look good under anyone who can keep him focussed he was boring under Peter

Well not really accurate is it. When Tyson went with Peter he was easy to hit, was off balance alot, not the fittest and a big underdog to beat David Price. By time he left Peter he was the best in the world.

Well there you go. Peter said before what she needs to do and while I was watching, it stuck out to me that there was no changes in tempo which was needed once it was realised Clarissa was starting to time her.
Savannah is good but her skill ceiling isn't that high. What u see is what u get kind of thing.

I agree that her biggest asset was given away last night. Like I said earlier, imo she should of kept the range and as soon as shields goes for counters then sav has to step back and laterally looking for 1 or 2 shots. That would of been my plan A.

How do you know he wouldnt have ended up even better under a better trainer you don’t and it’s your opinion he was an underdog against David price anyone with a brain didn’t think that ffs terrible argument

He seems to get lauded as some type of straight talking Guru just because he doesn’t talk as much absurd shite as his brother. I used to like him, but his corner work is generally very bad and was on Saturday, zero urgency and no proper instructions, and what’s with the weird angry rants he does half way through an interview? Not a fan

We can only judge what we seen. I never said I thought Price would beat him. I said Price was big favourite to beat him (fact.) He became best heavyweight in world under him and toyed with massive fav Klitschko. So,yes it was some achievement by not only Tyson, but Peter too.

As for your argument how do I know he would not have been better with another trainer ? That's like saying Pep doesn't deserve credit because who is to say another manager might not have made City better than he has.

Personally I think Peter is a good trainer, a straight shooter where there's no airs or graces. No bollocks.

This weekend Savannah came up short but it was an excellent fight that only enhanced Woman's boxing.

I rate Peter as a trainer & as a man, his corner work wasn't the best but I'm not sure there is too much he could have said, or any urgency and fire in the corner would have changed the result, doesn't make it right to not be that way, but the fight was just what it was

He does have some shortcomings as a trainer, like many do at some juncture, but by and large I think there's worse you could have beside ya than Peter Fury

Peter Fury obviously isn't a good coach. The game plan was garbage and the instructions between rounds were too. The fact that Shields was way faster wasn't a surprise for many people but it shouldn't have been a huge factor either but Marshall made it one because she wasn't really moving and she wasn't using her size either. It looked to me that Marshall and her corner were surprised about Shields being so fast which is ridiculous. Everyone out there gave the clear speed advantage to Shields, even myself who thought Marshall would dominate her from the outside. She tried to box with Shields in close range and got countered into oblivion early on by the speed and precision. She adjusted at least and did well from R4 on. You can say R1-3 easy work Shields, R4-6 pick em fight. With a better game plan she could have beaten Shields but seriously i think the biggest factor was the mental game. Shields is a dog, she's ready for big fights on a big stage and she's growing while fighting those huge fights. Marshall on the other side was in a normal fighting mode like she was against some lower level girls before. Poor game plan early on, poor mentality and you lose a close but clear decision. Props to Shields though. She's a gamer and she's a dog. You saw in her eyes that she was 150% ready to ****ing fight. Marshall wasn't - at least early on. Props to Marshall too. She adjusted well and won rounds later on with solid work. She's just way too green in the pro ranks. I completly underrated the mental game as one of the biggest factors in the fight. No shame in losing though. I think we might see both girls again in the same ring but Marshall should gain some experience first against higher level opponents.

I thought we would see a Tyson Fury classic performance but instead we got the Hughie Fury bum performance. Great. Lost a lot of money but learned a lot about women's boxing and how the mental aspect of the game is too much for some of those girls.

    Lol have a day off

He's done a brilliant job with Savannah. A previously extremely painfully shy girl that had major confidence issues who's now headlining sell-out arenas fighting for all the marbles in her weight division.

It was a cracking fight against a brilliant athlete and fighter in Clarissa Shields.... who by the way stated that Savannah gave her the toughest night of her career.
