Can't be long before the post-MTK sportswash vehicle that is Probellum collapses. If it leaves Sam Jones back washing cars in Derby this can only be a good thing

Absolutely zero coverage of this yet Jazza Dickens won the IBO world title against a decent opponent.

Bellew still part of Jazza's team I think and yet he isnt even making much noise about it. The McGrails & McCormacks need to get out of there ASAP.

Gives me great satisfaction that Sam Jones gave up a decent job with Joyce for Probellum which went tits up a week later.

Sunny Edwards title defence in Sheffield, only opend half the arena and still loads left.

Must be so hard making money out of the lads in smaller weight classes

Streamed free on a website, with 3k tickets sold.

An absolute guess would be £175,000?

This sells nowhere near 3k tickets. Be lucky to do 1k. Most of the tickets are comped out.

That would be revenue. Must have found a smarter way to launder money.

3000 tickets at an average of £75 is £225k. That’s without comps. If you are lucky on an event like this you might get £25k sponsorships. From that you are looking at £100-125k bare minimum to stage the event. Plus £50-75k on the undercard. Leaves you a max of of £75k to pay the headliners.

alvarado will be on a few quid as the away fighter means that someone is funding this from their goodwill
