I saw prime Frazier slip the jabs and right Hands of the fastest boxer in history at heavyweight. A boxer who knew how to throw a proper jab, and could throw the right hand without telegraphing it .
Frazier would cut the distance on Wilder with a couple steps slip that pushed jab and be inside of his reach totally safe because Wilder cannot fight in close, and doesn't have the physicality to push Frazier off consistently. Or the feet movement to pivot away from Frazier, or the endurance .
And did I say he telegraphed his punches?
Every time Wilder ko's some no hoper or beyond past prime fighter, who wasn't that good of a fighter in their prime, these post pop up.
Like it was so impressive .
Knocking out someone most have never heard of doesn't equate to Wilder having a chance against Joe Frazier or any ATG.
In my opinion Prime Wilder wouldn't have a chance in hell against prime Frazier. He'd have a much better chance against Joe Louis than Frazier.
I see this fight like Frazier's fight with Foster. Though Wilder is bigger than Foster and is a heavyweight, he doesn't have half the skill of Foster.
Fraziers smokes Wilder with in 7rds surprisingly easy.

These guys are so different, & while Frazier was better, Wilder so much bigger & a huge puncher so it is no foregone conclusion.
But Wilder has never been a gasser. You either do not know some basic stuff about him, or your bias got the better of you.
Also, what is the evidence that Wilder is, in any sense, a bodybuilder?
He is not especially muscular even in his upper body. He just is quite defined.
Is it because you saw one video with him doing a single repetition bench press?
That is like calling Frazier a bodybuilder for competing in lifting in you know what sports stars competition. Or maybe he was a swimmer lol!

Wilder has no legs: maybe at his heaviest he has about as much muscle as Joe per square inch, because they carried it in different places.
I get that you want Frazier the more skilled man to win, I do to.
But those statements just do not apply, it is as if you are cutting & pasting from a template about someone else.

A lot of emphasis Is being placed on the “ jab” and Frazier’s ability to slip the “ jab “ and Wilder’s lack of a “ jab.” Simple reminder. George foreman didn’t need the “ jab” to hammer Frazier to submission. He needed a size advantage and a **** ton of power in the right and left hands. Wilder would have all these things plus the ability to go into the late rounds.

While I agree with your general point that Wilder has some endurance issues, and Frazier is a heavy favorite are the insults really necessary? You're better than this Surf.

Well Foreman did need the jab for two primary purposes. To keep Frazier at bay, or use it to make Frazier duck into a position making him vulnerable to his uppercuts. When that didn't work, he would shove and manhandle Frazier right to where he wanted and forced him to reset.

Wilder did neither of these things.

He also didn’t hammer Frazier into submission seeing as Frazier continued to get up and go at Foreman.

Welcome back William H! My favourite Wild Hog.

It’s a red herring that Wilder inherently gasses.

It’s the those damn, energy draining pre fight, 500 lb costumes he voluntarily wears.

Or at least that’s his potentially applied “safety net” excuse after the fact. A real doozy.

Blaming loose ropes in Zaire was one thing but the presence of loose screws are an entirely different and far more serious problem again.

How will Wilder even disengage or exit an exchange? seems like Frazier would have him on lock the entire fight. Frazier could fight in a phone booth, Wilder needs a whole lot of space to set up his right hand and Frazier isn't going to give him an inch.

He didn’t need much space to land the right on Helenius this past weekend. Although I do agree that Wilder would have trouble disengaging from Frazier.

I think the fight looks something like that , Wilder is decapitated by a left hook after he rises from his knock down.

Wilder has no stamina, not a great chin, can’t fight inside, so will also not be able to punch from distance or generate power here. Frazier gobbles him up inside 2-3 rounds.

Joe is a slow starter and that is risky for the first rounds, but if he manages to deal with, I don't see how Wilder can adapt to the specific rhythm of pressure Frazier has. Can even lead to Joe knocking Wilder out.
