GGG needs to call out for the Charlo smoke or retire. Charlo needs to be pressured to stop holding that belt hostage.

Jump on GGG all you want but just remember this ? He earned 3 fantastic purses fighting Canelo. He really beat him twice but got the shaft we know but he is a very rich man today. Boxing fans know what happened. Ask them which fighter they admire most in a poll with the votes publicized & Id bet GGG wins in a landslide

Canelo wasn't even considered an option when GGG was in his prime. Canelo was LWW. Golovkin was ducked by everyone back then.

Pitty the Pirog fight didn't happen.

As for this fight, I'd like to see Golovkin retire. His legs are shot and he's slowing fast. Only a matter of time before time catches up and he could be beat by the likes of Falcao.

    * Canelo was a SWW. My bad.

GGG beats both of them. Needs to retire at some point, though. These mandatories really hurt his chances of unifying by the end of 2023.

Will be interesting to see what happens.

GGG's not crazy to do this at age 40.

I didn't jump on anyone, but that is what Golovkin allowed to happen with his Career & perhaps if DAZN didn't give him that hefty lucrative deal he may have actually attempted to fight someone in that time span that was worth challenging instead of doing what he did, who cares what he made as it's not your money that you will be spending, you should be more concerned of the fights that could have been made & now sadly have been missed,

The first Canelo fight where GGG boxed conservatively was fine, but the Second & Third fight's were Canelo wins, i mean the Second fight alone was so devastating in damage to Golovkin i don't know how that is always overlooked, i'm assuming the repugnance of Canelo with the way he avoided GGG in the past make people pass it off like GGG didn't clearly lose that Second fight,

Third fight was embarrassing for Golovkin with the way he not only let you down but all his other fans by not even tempting to go down that path of destruction, knowing fully well what Canelo would counter back with & not wanting to experience that again,

Ended the Third fight less bruised while embracing Canelo with hugs & respect, even though for months & years he was busy insulting him on one article after the next, sad.

It was competitive, but Canelo landed the more harder shots.

Both got hurt as they both punch hard, but that fight Canelo defense was also very good while prodding forward forcing his fight & landing hard shots, it was more rough for Golovkin.

GGG easily won the first fight and a rematch maybe wouldn’t have happened, let alone a rubber match. I thought he won a narrow but clear decision in the rematch.

    It is what it is.
