Beards on Boxers

2 ounces of horsehair filling/ or foam makes a massive difference in gloves (8 for 147 and under), so why wouldn't a thick ass beard provide any cushioning against shots? I'm not saying it's the difference between getting KO'd or not, but there is a barrier of protection.

 

Why the **** would a beard or goatee make the impact of a hard punch less effective? Is a beard or a goatee going to protect your fall too if you faceplant? Dont be ridiculous.
