Hopefully Jerry pulls the upset and exposes this overrated fraud.

I can see that and i hope so too but even if he does it, i don't think he gets the decision. They'll rob him like they did in the Franklin fight.

And arguably like the Zhang and Hunter fights as well.

Pretty good step up for sure. Made it hella close against Zhang, so I can see Forrest doing well enough to maybe spring the upset, if Anderson doesn't come fully prepared.

Arum must have seen how Forest looked against a 41 year old Kubrat Pulev and thought it wasn't that big of a risk. All things considered though.... a good step up in class for Anderson.

Good step-up fight, probably a final(?) decent payday for Forrest.

I'd heavily favor Anderson to stop Jerry Forrest. Yes, I think a lot of people have gotten ahead of themselves in proclaiming Anderson a truly top-level prospect - but I think the respect that Forrest commands has gotten out of hand.
    • You can make a pretty good case that Forrest should have been given a decision over Hunter. But remember that Hunter wasn't even supposed to be on that card until about a week (maybe less) before the fight. Hunter got drafted in by Trillian (with whom he had recently signed a big contract...which they promptly breached) to salvage the card at the last minute when Fedosov backed out. He was in no shape for the fight.
    • Sure Forrest deserved at least a draw against Franklin. So did Rydell Booker and Booker is definitely a feather-fist.
    • When Forrest fought a past-prime Kubrat Pulev - he won perhaps 2 rounds of 10.
    • When Forrest fought a past-prime Carlos Takam - he won perhaps 2 rounds of 10.
    • Forrest staged a good comeback against Zhang to earn that draw. But Zhang was dribbling Forrest like a basketball until he started tiring. And even when Zhang's kidneys were shutting down and he was just a few minutes away from the Hospital ER - Forrest wasn't able to finish him.
People also seem to have this impression that Forrest has an iron chin. He has a good chin, yes, but here's a clip of Gerald Washington (never really known for being much of a KO artist) putting Forrest flat on his back gasping for air like a drowing man back in 2014:

Jerry is a decent gatekeeper-type fighter, but I really don't see him playing spoiler here.

He has pulled off three upsets now, he's more like Chisora than a typical journeyman.

A good step up fight. But Anderson might lose. He's not very good

Great fight but Forrest is too soft for Anderson and Anderson will destroy him...

Chisora hasn't pulled three upsets in his career. Even including the hometown decision versus 40 year old Pulev.

Not seen much of Anderson what's he like? Does he seem like a future champ
