George Foreman as demonstrated on Joe Frazier with his right uppercut and a really unorthodox looking left uppercut on Gerry Cooney.

 

Check out Alexis Arguello - he threw bombs with both paws and utilized both quite consistently.From memory he finished Fernandez with a left uppercut and Olivares wirth a right.

 

I should add he threw both to the body as well as the head and dropped the odd guy to the body, again, from memory.
