    He never ducked the Pacman. lol Come on. These narratives! Manny said he wouldn't go down to 135 again and Loma said he wasn't going up to 140 or past that.

    Moreover, people forget what was going on at that time. Manny had just lost to Horn, so the optics looked bad. It would seem as if Loma were cherry picking an older fighter with a name in order to get his scalp, which many fighters don't deem respectable. Only promotors come out with shitty plans like that.
