Because he gets paid well enough when he actually fights.

I don't envision him fighting for too long really so he will take the chances for belts and bigger cash

So struggling to see it from your POV

He doesn't fight that often. When he does its usually domestic and its for big money.

You don’t half waffle some nonsense. His guarantee for Beterbiev will be massive - nobody is turning that down. If he gets beat so be it - at least he can take care of his loved ones with that purse.

We shall see. There's always a problem with Yarde fights happening against the best. He's been all hot air for years now.

What an odd career, and I do hate all those "intercontinental" belts. All these years in, and I can't honestly say what his level is, despite his lofty rankings.....top domestic?

    Fringe world?

Good on Yarde for once against facing the best. I don’t understand why this thread is trying to ridicule a man for facing the elite? Isn’t that what we want as boxing fans.

Would everyone rather fighters take the approach of Joshua Buatsi? Where a fighter just fights nobodies the entire time, and gets fake injured whenever he is matched against a world level opponent?

Exactly my point. He stepped up ONCE and then went back down the domestic route.

So other than the most shot version of Kov I've ever seen who has he stepped up against? He's fought NONE of the top 10 as far as I know.
