Benn fails drug test

Here is a completely unfathomable piece of advice for Conor Benn.

Tell the truth. Be honest. Sadly that will never happen. He is more concerned about neutering the BBoC on this than actually explaining to the paying public why he failed 2 tests for banned substances whilst he carried on as normal.

This clown needs banning for a long time. Stop trying to worm out on a technicality and actually take some responsibility.

 

I actually said on here the day UKAD were said to be investigating the VADA test that Benn would fight it and has a good case which i see him winning.

He does have a valid argument regarding the jurisdiction. I dont see how UKAD have any authority to issue bans on the results which VADA reported especially as he was negative with all UKAD tests he took. Benn has every right to fight this and he will be successful no doubt.

 

Waxed back sack crack, his legs arms and pits aswell, took up actual cycling , instead of cycling the peds. To be a cyclist any hair at all messes with the aerodynamics.
But if your a keen cyclist and you take the above steps there is no chance of getting a hair sample.

 

If Vada has evidence that Benn had a banned substance in his body then surely UKAD and the BBBoC have a duty to investigate it?

The board recognise VADA or any drug agency that follows WADA. Its in their rules.

Still keep chuckling about Benn's 'I hope the apology is as big as the disrespect' social media post, while Hearn was making out like he's privy to some highly scientific bombshell that when dropped will make us all look stupid. When here we are three weeks later and the best they've got is 'it was some dodgy eggs'.

Not really. Ukad can't just decide on a whim to investigate drug tests which they played no part in.

 

Dirty old man on the payroll. Should be ignored and banned from the sport.

 

But UKAD dont have any jurisdiction. Benn legal team will bury UKAD.

Also why did UKAD not investigate BJS after his failed VADA test.
