I tried reading the OP wondering what Tin”foil hat”man meant by “frontrunner” but the excessive stupidity in the post stopped me from doing it.

Seems like youre basically saying hes a bully because he doesnt want to war with bigger more powerful people.....

    Basically, hes.... smart?

Giving yourself the best avenues to victory, makes you a bully?

This is the first time I've ever heard someone criticize Loma for being 'technique bully'. If Loma himself heard about this, he would probably take it as compliment.

    Perfectly put. End thread lol.

    ...

This criticism seems rather silly to me.

"He's not as careless and relentless against dangerous opponents as he is against easy ones, therefore he is a bully."

That being said... I have to admit I've thought the same for other fighters due to somewhat similar reasons, and there is such thing (imo) as being a type of bully in boxing, so in some sense I understand where tinman is trying to come from here... but just think the term applying to Loma is misplaced.

What? If he's fighting bigger, properly ranked fighters he can never be the bully. That's the most ridiculous spin on here for a long time.

It's not even a case of him not being as careless and relentless against dangerous opponents as he is against easy ones. Just watch the fights. He's super aggressive against most of his opponents, regardless of how much bigger and heavier than him they are or how hard they punch

Commey had a KO 82% at the time and still sports a KO 77%
    Walters has a KO 75%
Marriaga had like a KO 77% at the time and still sports a KO 72%
    Teofimo KO 72%
    Nakatani KO 63%
Campbell KO 66% and it was KO 73% when he fought Loma
    Linares KO 53%
    GRJ KO 54%

And then you have to factor in size and how he's routinely outweighed by 2 or even 3 divisions sometimes so the power will be magnified

Also KO% are generally lower at the lower weights so some of those are really high

And the KO% of his opponents was higher when he fought them

Linares is a lot bigger and heavier than Loma, Haney is a lot bigger and heavier than Linares and Loma fought a prime active Linares not a completely washed inactive one like Haney fought

Even many of his opponents with lower KO% can punch

Listen to Rob Tebbutt says here about what Teofimo, who sparred Luke Campbell many times, told him about Luke

    Timestamped

    This content is protected

'I sparred Luke maybe six times''

    ''Luke Campbell ain't no scrub''

''He has power in that left hand''

''Smart. Very strategic, and he's very technical''

    -- Te0fimo Lopez

Michael Conlan fought a shot to bits Marriaga

“Even in the f***in’ last round, he hit me with a shot. That guy can punch. [He has] 10 more knockouts than I have fights. So, he hit me with a jab in the first round and I was like, ‘Oh, this guy actually can bang.’ So, I had to be careful and use my skills, which I did. And in the last round, he caught me with a shot.

Loma is the only fighter to stop Marriaga, Walters, Nakatani, Rigo, and Koasicha
