    I strongly disagree. It’s not even the same comparison. You compare guys fighting in small venue with no fan fare to a guy putting on PPV events. Yes we would expect more.

    I don't think Paul wouldn't have it all his own way though. Hopkins doesn't seem like the type of person to drop his iron discipline and let himself go just because he retired.

    The shout-out to Canelo was funny.

    It's not going to happen any time soon, obviously, but I like Canelo's attitude to the proposal of a bout with Paul. The comments I saw him make were that he doesn't want to be involved in sideshow fights, but that it's good for Jake to have dreams and that he doesn't rule out one day boxing him if he were to keep improving and acquire some legitimacy as an opponent.

    Mma fighters cant box. There are few who can compete in boxing. Woodley, silva, and diaz arent them. Paul showed last night how green he is with his tech on his punches and **** strategy. No body attack and no idea how to fight a southpaw. Heavy footed and crossing his feet every time he moves right.
    Jake spars with real boxers who are working with him. As a whiteboy, the guy wouldnt survive without all the money he pays his sparring and brings to the gym. Hed get kod in sparring on the reg.
    I could easily humble him in sparring. Easily. Alot of his boxing family i know. Lucius Johnson, kevin newman, both bounty hunters. Those guys are all my boys.

    Lol, the disney star kid beat the crap out of the goat of MMA striking, but he's "green". Silva would beat the **** outta u even if you had 20 years to prepare.

    Hes probably not really though. I mean how many great strikers did he face during his prime ATG run? Adesanya and Pereira would have been serious stylistic problems for him.
