To my point, Crawford did not sign because the lack of transparency in the contract, not as you say, that he did not want the fight. That's why I asked if you would sign a contract that was not clear to you.

I am Barrister by profession and a Commercial Lawyer, I understand contracts. I know when someone is trying to scupper a deal. Bud needs to trust the attorneys and accountants he hires.

 

How do you know it's not his lawyers that are asking for transparency? Sounds like the kind of thing his lawyers would do to limit his risk.

OK so we have two opposing statements, one says there wasn't transparency and one that says transparency was provided.

Who's telling the truth. You assume it's Spence, why others assume it's Bud. Reality is we don't know, all we know is that the fight isn't happening.

 

PBC don’t screw fighters.

 

Correction they don't screw fighters that are signed to them and Crawford isn't signed to them. But they do prevent them from taking lucrative deals and fights if it doesn't benefit PBC directly to do so.
