In that part of the world they love Olympic and amateur glory.

Hopefully it changes now they see how much money they can make in the West by spanking the best fighters the West has to offer

    Lomachenko
    Usyk
    Bivol
    Beterbiev

Look what they all achieved in less than 20 fights.

    Incredible

I gave Zurdo 3 rounds. And I'm not ashamed to admit it. The 2nd and a couple others, but none
    beyond the 8th.

An expert doesn't see this. Beterbiev showed he was still in excellent form against Smith. Nothing changes based on tonight. Beterbiev is still the clear favorite.

Zurdo so slow that my grand-ma could get past him when he thrown his punch...

What? That was a pick'em. Maybe there was a Gvozdyk lean on these pages, I don't recall, but Beterbiev was hardly some big underdog.

he was mostly underdog like 40/60 because back then he got no big wins.

Great performance by one of the best boxers in the game. I love the way Bivol conducts himself. He’s a total professional, managing distance, always in control, defensively responsible and excellent footwork. His gas tank is world class and he made easy work of a much bigger opponent tonight. These two could fight 10 times and Bivol would win every time. I don’t blame Zurdo, there are levels to this sport and tonight was a great example.

Bivol was promised a rematch by Canelo. Canelo said he would NOT give him a rematch if Bivol lost to Zurdo. He took care of business and deserves a payday. Fight Canelo at168 and take all his belts. Show his fans the first dominant victory had nothing to do with size. He’s a better boxer than Canelo in every facet of the game. No way Canelo takes that fight at 168 but he may be coaxed into 175.

I scored this one 11-1 Bivol but could have easily scored it 12-0. Dominant performance, easy money for Bivol. He’s got an old school style and could easily fight 15 rounds if they still did that sort of thing. In a fifteen round fight, I don’t think anyone could beat him. Beterbiev has his hands full in a 12 rounder with Bivol. After Canelo I hope we get to see it.

It tightened up the nearer the bout got. Wasn't much between them by fight night, Beterbiev a slight underdog. Plenty of observers out there fancied him.

Calm down there little man. Plenty tipped Beterbiev in that one, myself included.

I figured Loma would struggle against Teo, but I cannot take too much credit for that prediction (I suppose a moderate amount) because Loma had already shown a deficiency of spirit and character against Salido. So I knew against a physically stronger and dominant man that he would turtle up.

Not remotely impressed with Bivol tonight. I am not saying he isn't skilled, but, that was a glorified sparring session against a fighter who appeared to be on a level similar to JCC Junior. Ramirez was slow as molasses, had no game plan, and showed no urgency whatsoever as he got further and further down in the fight. If Bivol was as good as people are saying, he should have closed the show against the clueless Ramirez. He better bring a lot more to the table if he wants to beat Beterbiev. As it stands now, about all I can say for sure is that Bivol is a little better than Canelo at 175. How good he actually is, is yet to be determined.

For the record, even though I wasn't posting at the time, I predicted a Salido win as well. But unlike you, I saw him put up a spirited performance and closed incredibly strong, backing Salido up and was on the verge of stopping him, in a match he arguably won in. There was NOTHING dominant about that performance.
