    I knew the stoppage was going to come at some point because Yerboss as tough and game as he is took a terrible beating. Feel really bad for Yerboss getting stopped so close to the finish line after battling so valiantly all night. I hope he's going to be alright. They need to get him to a hospital ASAP and his corner really should've pulled him earlier. Morrell is really good.

    All that looking out of the ring in the other direction was unprofessional in the circumstances—despite being way up on the cards, the action wasn't that comfortable for him at that midpoint in the bout, and it was more like pointless assholery than strategic baiting. Whittaker's the same, just artless showboating purely for the sake of it, when they'd do better to just showcase their fundamental likeability. The gesture at the conclusion of the bout redeemed the silliness for me, though.

    That's why I allowed him to hang around for awhile. He has moments of clarity, with sustained spells of mouthy petulance. Unfortunately, he's been getting more and more temperamental as of late.
