No excuses for either guy? Sure, I have no problem with that. Fury gets no excuses for being dropped more times than Foreman was, therefore Fury has worse defense than Foreman according to your logic.

    Thanks for playing.

Thats not defense thats chin. I agree Foreman has the better chin. Also Foreman never fought Wilder.

Getting knocked down has everything to do with a lack of defense. If Fury had better defense he wouldn't have gotten knocked down more times than Foreman.

From old he didnt need it. He could afford to block bunches of blows only with the head. He weighed a tonne and his chin was better than when he was younger and Valuev's one. He took and held bombs from Moorer, Holy, Briggs and Morrison without the batting of an eye.

It's called genetics. Genetics of a monster.
None can drop old Foreman imo. Neither Ngannou, or Tyson, or Shavers or Wilder.

It's a part of it sure but it's more about your chin

But you kept criticizing Foreman for how much he got hit as evidence he had bad defense. I mentioned Fury got hit plenty in the Wallin, Chisora, and Wilder fights. That has NOTHING to do with chin, Fury simply GOT HIT A LOT. So according to your logic Fury's defense isn't that good.

Yep, it's the mixing together of several elements, agreed.

George didn't have the greatest D ever, but it was by no means "bad".

"Fury's last 13 opponents averaged just 6.2 punches per round. This is the third-lowest number among all fighters and the lowest among all heavyweights.

Fury gets hit the least out of current heavyweights. You have a very different definition of alot than everyone else
