That depends. Would it be Roid Jones Jr. or Roy Jones Jr. fighting?

NO weight was given for the poll...I am assuming 168 so RJJ wins a decision.
At 175 it's 50/50 as RJJ slows down a bit at that weight.

Possibly but we are talking of these guys at their best. Tarver could hurt Bivol as well.

Jones is much faster than Bivol and better than everyone Bivol has faced including Canelo by far.

Bivol is bettwer than anybody Jones beat, B-hop was still green in his boresnore v Jones in 93 and Bivol is bigger and in better condition than Toney was when he flopped v Jones.

It is funny how want to be boxing experts and other clueless boxing fans call BIvol skilled. This dude just landed 20 percent of his punches against Zurdo. How is that skilled? If anything that proves how unskilled he is. He runs a lot, when he throws punches they don't have much power and he misses a lot with this punches. I read various comments from you since I joined. You are either trolling or you just don't anything about boxing. I think I will just put you on ignore so I won't have to look at any more of your comments.

Attention everyone....Attention everyone.....Joebojoejoeson.....has just enlightened us. Bivol is unskilled. Please contact Canelo and tell him. I am sure he will want to know it before their next fight. I am sure Ramirez believes he is without skills also.
Oh thank you enlightened one. how have we made it this far without ye?

Roy would be way too much for Bivol imo. We haven't seen Bivol fight anyone faster than him. The only way to beat a prime Roy is probably to clip him and knock him out cold and Bivol doesn't have that power. Beterbiev would be the far tougher fight for Roy, but even he would get pieced up.

X2 Roy had too many special effects, though I see Bivol being competitive and lasting the distance I believe he has some dog in him.

Now, now.......no need for the animosity. I am an American boxing fan that just calls them as I see them. I have no bias when discussing fighters, not even towards hometown fighters, I am more concerned with being fair. It's not worth one's integrity, to lie in order to pump up/put down nationalisms.

Having said that, it ain't no lie that the good 'ol US of A has produced the greatest fighters of Allllllll times! Who's the greatest!? Say it you know it!!

Yeah, but Bivol isn't faster than RJJ was. Bivol's speed is what gives him an edge against his opponents. He will not have that vs Jones. Plus RJJ had more power. Bivol has accuracy and timing. Give Bivol the edge in defensive technique as well. I give RJJ an edge but can't see Jones stopping Bivol. Interesting fight.
