This is my list of the best heavyweight wins in the history of boxing. I am factoring in who you beat, how you beat them and the historical significance of the fight.
Top 15 heavyweight wins of all time

    1)Joe Frazier beating Muhammad Ali
    2)Buster Douglas beating Mike Tyson
3)George Foreman beating Joe Frazier 1st time
    4)Muhammad Ali beating George Foreman
5)Evander Holyfield beating Mike Tyson 1st time
    6)Max Schmelling beating Joe Louis
    7)Joe Louis beating Max Schmelling
    8)Muhammad Ali beating Sonny Liston
    9)Hasim Rahman beating Lennox Lewis
10)Riddick Bowe beating Evander Holyfield 1st time
    11)Evander Holyfield beating Riddick Bowe
12)Sonny Liston beating Floyd Patterson first time
    13)Larry Holmes beating Norton
    14Tyson Fury beating Wladimir Klitschko
15)Tyson Fury beating Deontay Wilder 2nd fight

Keep in mind that this is only based on official results so Lennox Lewis vs Evander Holyfield 1 is not included.

Let me know if I missed anything

Good list. The most obvious omission for me is Burns vs. Johnson

    Schmelling beating Louis
    Young beating Foreman

Unlike the fights on your list, neither of these was a title fight, but good wins nonetheless

Sanders' humiliation of Wlad has to be a top 15 win.
Ditto McCall knocking out Lennox Lewis
I think Schmeling should be top 2
    Tyson v. Spinks
Andy Ruiz tko Joshua is borderline.
Lewis over Holyfield was also significant
Charles over Louis should be on there.

I'd get rid of Liston over Patterson and Ali over Liston (poor effort by Liston due to injury). I'm not sure about Holyfield over Bowe due to the closeness+Fanman and Bowe not being that historically significant. I'm not big on Holmes--Norton either since Norton had limits and Foreman and Garcia had waxed him already. Spinks over Holmes is better than that.

Schmeling was also pretty far past it when Louis beat him.

I think Schmeling win over Louis should be at worst top 3 and to me, it's the greatest win in HW history.

Johnson vs Burns definitely belongs on that list but not Liston vs Patterson.
Although both Johnson and Liston had to pursue the champion for a fight, in Johnson's case following Burns all over the globe.
To me Frazier beating Ali in March 1971 beats all.
Louis vs Schmeling is very significant.
    Foreman vs Moorer
    Ali vs Foreman
Sullivan vs Corbett and Corbett vs Fitzimmons deserve their place in history too

Sanders was the first southpaw champion wasn't he ?
If so he deserves his place*

*I'm not a southpaw by the way and I'm not affiliated with them

    Thanks.
I thought Sanders had done it before Moorer.
In which case Moorer can have Sanders place.

@Seamus you'll notice WK doesn't have any victory here and probably not in the top 20 either. 25% of the marcus of queensberry rules though lolol !!
