I like what I've seen of Ball so far--quick feet, fast -twitchy, and good power relative to the competition.

I vaguely recall another British prospect, under 126lbs I believe, whom I rated higher than Lee McGregor. His name presently escapes me, however, but he had + level athleticism and power.

Nah. Andrew Cain is a better prospect, Nick Ball is a fun little fighter but I don't see him being a top dog.

He will struggle against the likes of Lara and Navarette, which still makes him world class.

Navarette, for sure. If Ball continues to develop, however, I would consider him a very real threat to Lara.

He's excellent at making himself smaller on the inside and has good hand placement. Once he gets the pivots on the inside ala Tyson and learns to use his shoulders on the inside, he'd be pretty much complete as a fighter. But he'd have a shorter window than average as his explosiveness will dwindle with age.

I'd like to see the kid refine his craft a bit, particularly his finishing skills. That said, his compact frame, physicality, quick feet, and promising power will be a problem for the best at 126lbs if he continues to improve.

I just saw Andrew Cain. He's a future Josh Kelly if he's lucky.

Very fun fighter could pick up a title but we have to see him against class opposition first.
