Why don’t British Heavyweights call out Martin Bakole?

Yeah I'm not too surprised by that. Hrgovic was poor against Zhang. I personally had it 114-113 for Hrgovic but it could have went either way.

 

Surely if you agreed to the fight in writing to IBF as it’s a final eliminator they would have just called pursebids. Can’t get around not giving Martin the fight.

Just signed with Boxxer. They could make the Joseph Parker fight. They also have Hughie Fury who hasn’t fought for a while. Okolie should also move up to heavyweight soon.

 

Great signing for Mr Bakole and Boxxer.

Mr Nelson may disagree, but assuming a title shot or eliminator doesn't fall into his lap, I can see a route against any number of Boxxer stable and freelancers who would fight on the platform that raises his profile in the meantime.... (H) Fury, Lovejoy, Parker, Chisora, Franklin, even that lad who just fought Parker to get him in front of the cameras. We will probably have Zhang and others coming off losses soon who would love a crack at a Boxxer date. I for one, looking forward to seeing more of Bakole.

if you slapped a 10-0 boxing record on Interpol’s most wanted, UK promoters would somehow find them

 

I have a hard time believing that Bakole is only 29, as he has looked 35 for at least 6 years. His age on Wikipedia is currently listed at 17 for some reason.

This is a very poor fight against a man who has more expertise in burgers than he does boxing.
