If you read the whole paragraph, I'm talking about Pacquiao refusal of PED testing.

They disagreed on the cut off date, so Pac in fact, did agree to drug testing.

Oh I see, wanting a full 24 day window to wish to dope up is not refusing PED testing. LOL!

Saying Pac refused testing is simply a false statement.

You can, however, state that Floyd refused VADA testing.

You could also say that Marquez refused VADA testing (Bradley fight).

    Both statements would be facts.

But Pac refusing drug testing is not a true statement.

Pac's side could have called Mayweather's side's bluff and accepted their drug testing demands.

    Mayweather's side could have compromised.

Neither happened because neither side really wanted the fight. It was too risky for both in 2010.

When has Pacquiao ever been risk adverse?

Fought his stylistic nightmare 3 more times (Marquez).

Fought black fighters (whom people said he was terrified of) in Bradley (3X), Clottey, Mosley, Broner, Thurman, and tried to get Crawford and Spence at age 42.

Floyd was never scared of Pacquiao but Pacquiao was scared of needles.

Wow, I rarely get around to posting in this forum any longer, but I did'nt know that Mayweather-Pacquiao topics are still a problem in this forum that it requires a trash thread to wish to throw them into.
Puzzling that the latest Mayweather-thread gets thrown in here when everyone in that thread was chiming in with reasonable posts.
To me this means the forum moderators around here 7 years after they matched up against eachother no longer want Mayweather-Pacquiao debate.
Its been 7 years mods, think about that.

According to Trevor Ariza, "Pacquiao afraid of needles" was something Bob Arum made up to avoid Mayweather.
What Pacquiao did come up with is that "drawing blood makes me weak" excuse. Pacquiao's excuse for losing to Morales was that they required him to draw blood for a physical close to the days of fight time with Morales.
It was just one excused after the other from the Pacquiao camp, some coming from Pacquiao himself and others from most Bob Arum.
