Explain what creatine and BCAA are and the effects they have on the body. If you can't do that you shouldn't even be thinking of taking them.

No idea why you'd want to take supplements when you have no idea what they actually do.

From what you said in your previous post, you don't. Nobody takes creatine for water retention.

That meant to be "creates muscle"? If it is, you're wrong. It has nothing to do with building muscle.

Are you saying muscle is built through water retention?

Then why are people on creatine more muscular if it would not make muscles?

They aren't more muscular because of creatine. The vast majority of people that take creatine have no idea what it does. Creatine increases the rate the ATP-PC process takes place. It gives you the ability to maybe do an extra rep when lifting weights, if you're lucky. For some reason people have this idea that creatine is the new steds. Taking creatine as a suplement is entirely useless to a boxer.

My entire point is if you're going to be putting powders and tablets into your body, you damn well need to know exactly what that **** does to you before you start taking it.

If my muscles are stronger because creatine and BCAA I would have harder and faster punches.

Creatine doesn't make you stronger or faster. Neither do BCAAs. As I've said, you have no idea what this stuff does, yet you want to make excuses to use them for some reason.

I suggest you go do some research on Google and watch a bunch of Youtube videos on creatine and BCAAs (actual scientific videos, not some gym prat) to really understand what they are because you've clearly been listening to gym bro's or some clueless friends. If you want to waste your time, money and possibly even your health taking supps you know nothing about, then go ahead, but you can't say you haven't been warned.

If creatine does not make any muscle how then my brother got 15 pounds using creatine and whey combo?

I don't know why you're trying to argue. I've told you, you clearly have no idea what you're talking about yet you want to claim creatine is some kind of special muscle builder, when in reality it's entirely irrelevant to building muscle, it effects an energy system, that's it.

As I've said, if you want to waste your time and money on these supplements that you have no clue about then go ahead.

Creatine is actually a pretty healthy supplement, forget about muscle growth. It DOES have other benefits other than its use to aid in muscle growth. Good for the brain, and basically all organs.
