Both are same and overrated. Both lost twice against indimidating champ and both lost against LHW bum so yeah.

FOTC Frazier could make it an incredibly dangerous bout. Depends on how Lewis' chin holds up. Then again, an intelligent, highly skilled boxer-puncher is always a good bet against swarmers.

Lewis had the size and strength to make very short work of Frazier. Especially if he used Foreman's physical tactics. But that's the problem, as many times as I watched Lewis fight, he rarely deviated from what he was comfortable with, and what worked for him. That typical European style of boxing of Jab, right hand, or right uppercut. Tie up, repeat. Even with Steward in his corner, he basically refined what Lewis did best, but he didn't change the style fighter he was. This is where Frazier can win. Frazier had a very unique and underrated ability to pressure without taking a lot of punishment. Unlike the walk in statue that is some how always compared to Frazier, Tua ( which other than a great left hook, probably a harder left hook, was nothing like prime Frazier at any point of his career) Tua was a walk in puncher, not really aggressive at anytime time of his career, other than when he had an opponent hurt. He waited for the opportunity to land a big punch in most cases, especially when he fought Lewis. He didn't CREATE that opportunity like Frazier did with pressure, timing, and accuracy. Frazier would be able to close distance on Lewis, get inside his jab , stifle his powerful right hand, keep his head in Lewis's chest( Or abdomen lol) wreck his sides, and hips with his punishing hook, and underrated right hand. Lewis never faced a true pressure fighter like Frazier. He would need to learn on the fly, or eventually get worn down and stopped. Personally I believe he'd get worn down and stopped. Prime vs prime. Esp if he doesn't get Frazier early, and judging by the way he typically fought that wouldn't happen . Before some of you SIZE Kings/Queens start sprouting ",But Lewis is SO big" !!! Think about this a moment, James Toney, a fat natural middleweight was able to do in 9 rds what Lewis couldnt do in 24rds. That's stop Holyfield. Holyfield was just as shot when he faced Lewis. Why didn't Lewis stop him? Why did it take another fight for Lewis to be seen as a clear winner? Sometimes it's not just about the size of the opponent, but the skill level, and how they match up.
Ali and Lewis were not similar at all so that's a terrible comparison.Ali had average power, Lewis had top drawer power.Ali had 18 rds of boxing in the previous 4 years he wasnt ready for Frazier imo and he still hospitalized him for over 3 weeks ,and who won their next two fights?
