Worth remembering their first bout was on Channel 5 and the rematch was on Boxnation. 27 quid for what on paper is a tune up fight for Fury is utter lunacy.
Looking forward to these fights: Daniel Dubois vs Kevin Lerena and Yvan Mendy vs Denys Berinchyk & Royston Barney Smith vs Cruz Perez.
You’ve paid more than £5.95 to watch worse. You paid about £15 to watch some obscure fight recently, did you not? Maybe it wasn’t that obscure. I can’t remember which one it was
I think you are referring to the just below £15 i paid for Ruiz v Ortiz .At least that fight was not a foregone conclusion and not comparable to this pile of crap.By the way it was a half decent fight
That's probably the one. Although I wouldn't pay £2 to watch either of those fights I pretty much agree with you. It's not worth a fiver and it's a ludicrous price for such a fight. You'd have to be a muppet to pay that. Also Noel I hope you're back to 100% after feeling crap after that injection.
£13 on FITE, for a REAL fight this weekend : Prograis v Zepeda. Forget about the December 3rd insult to our intelligence!
Yeah i remember this if we're the same generation. Bruno v Tyson II from memory was the first one shown on PPV. I remember my dad always buying the Naz fights and it was always £14.99 live and then something like £7.99 for the replay that lasted a week and they most certainly never put it on regular sky sports a week later.
Tyson Fury. Doesn’t care about money. Said he’d fight for free. Then puts on this stinker a month before Christmas at £26.95 during a cost of living crisis. I can afford to buy it personally but won’t be. No wonder YouTube boxing is doing well when we’re served up this ****.
No I'm 18 lol but I remember when the fights were advertised on Sky Sports News they were much cheaper than now. You have to be pretty silly to pay for Fury Chisora III. If Fury Joshua gets made what price do you guys reckon it will be ? I think it could be £34.95 and I wouldn't be surprised if it were close to £50.
I'd honestly rather pay to watch jake paul vs tommy fury. Not a chance I'll be paying to watch this guff
It is a lot of money when you consider the cost of living crisis, but Tyson Fury is one of the greatest heavyweight fighters of all time, and whenever he fights is a spectacle. I think this fight will do good numbers, the football will be finished by 9PM and people will want to do something. I remember the last fight that Frank put on PPV (Joyce vs Parker), loads were complaining that it wasn't a PPV fight, it turned out to be a FOTY candidate.
