I don't think RJJ could beat LL but at some point there is a diminishing return on weight. A crappy cruiserweight will beat a world class minimum weight, but you can't just strap gloves on a 300lbs athlete and expect him to beat Usyk or Wilder.
The problem with a middleweight beating Ali is that Ali had really fast hands and feet. It's like the Bivol problem for Canelo magnified. Even if the MW has Julian Jackson's power, which is devastating at 160, it becomes merely average-ish when at heavyweight and below average when compared to Foreman and Shavers. Ali is going to walk through most of what this guy can throw and in return Ali's power, which is at best average when at heavyweight, is going to feel closer to Julian Jackson when against a middleweight. The fact that Ali's hands are so fast is the killer, because he will have the speed to be able to land even if the other guy has really good defence, since Ali had no problem in letting his punches go in flurries.
