That the whole point is moot because Comeback Foreman would not under ANY circumstances face a prime Bowe even with every belt under the sun on the line........a man gots to know his limitations.................Proof? After he belted Moorer he refused top even face a washed up beyond washed up Tucker and rather gave the belts up.

What you purposely skirt around is that Foreman was 48yo by the time he fought Savarese in his second last ever fight. This is hardly reminiscent of 93 Foreman no matter what one thinks of his "second coming" and the thread clearly states 93.

For reference Tyson completely and utterly quit against multiple opponents at an age much much younger than Foreman's when he was showing how to tough out difficult challenges and win rather than sit on your ass QUITTING!!!!!!

A very likely Bowe UD, but I dunno if he would so any better than Holyfield.
Why? Both he & Evander liked to mix it up, made for a great fight.
But when they fought he was pretty disciplined-he stayed away from Foreman's wheelhouse more than in other fights-& when Foreman smashed him with a on-range finding jab, the then 208 lbs. man tended to be literally punched back out of the range of George, too slow to follow up!

Bowe would come in nearly 40 lbs. heavier, be more willing to trade, loved to fight inside, & would be too large to habitually fly back by jabs, but the shots would take a toll.
I just do not think he would be disciplined & skilled enough to keep it a distance.
But still have enough via greater work rate to win.

Your right, Stewart after being drilled into the canvas 2 or 3 times got up gave George hell. Alex Stewart gave Holyfield two difficult fights but Tyson chased him out of the ring in 1 round. So naturally we know Tyson must have knocked out Holyfield during the staredown.

Didn't that same old Foreman guy stand up for 12 rounds to Evander Holyfield. The superior Tyson could only dream of it. It's hard to land those "lucky" punches in the 10th round if you can't get there.

Bowe isn't gonna do alot of moving. He would fight the way he normally did. Foreman would be able to find him, there would be some good exchanges. Bowe has the reflexes to get the better of it but with two big sluggers anything could happen.

Either guy could hurt the other.

 

Could he have stopped Foreman, yes I think he could have.
Should he take the risk attempting to do that, no.

I see no indication that Bowe would stop Big George. Pierre Coetzer fought both of them within a year. It was Foreman who inflicted the greater damage. Bowe had to cheat with low blows to end it while Foreman landed a great combo leaving Pierre battered and bloodied.

Come on guys, Bowe would dismantle Foreman. I can only see Foreman landing a miraculous shot ala Moorer if Bowe gets careless but Bowe isn't going down like Moorer.

 

I could see him busting George up around the face and stopping him that way. Don't forget, Alex Stewart did similar and Bowe was better than him.
