It's voodoo. You can improve technique and muscle strength/weight to get to the peak of your genetic limit, but you can't do anything to increase the genetic limit.

Most British fighters can punch holes in castle walls when we want to turn on the power switch

This is exactly wrong. Flexibility, stretchy muscles are how you decrease power. You want to be stiff with long levers and good movement (eg. Wilder)

Foreman and Joyce are examples of being big and strong. These aren’t powerful guys, they are strong guys. So of course they have thudding impact from just a jab.

No, you’re inclined towards power and speed. Your training changes that to a significant degree. Of course a couch potato is likely to be a good sprinter, they haven’t oxygenated their muscles with a lot of training.

People forget about the mind as well. Mentally you have visualize, picture that punch landing and have the feel for it. It's recorded in the memory bank etc and next time you automatically know how much omph and placement and trajectory of the shot etc.Timing, force and impact are all controlled by the brain the center of it all.

By elastic I don't mean loose.

I mean spring loaded with a snap generated through rotation and torque.
