Would you say Mayweather's resume at 130 is better than Arguello?

Arguello at 130 has wins over:

    Bobby Chacon
    Ruben Castillo
    Rolando Navarrette
    Rafael Limon
    Alfredo Escalera (twice)

Yet people are in here saying he'd lose to Hearns so therefore he can't be a great 147 yet his resume at 147 is better than Hearns....

The conversation is about resume. You said Mayweather is the goat at 130 because of his resume and his dominance. So I brought up another great fighter at 130 with an impressive resume and display of dominance. All of a sudden it becomes a h2h discussion instead.

Post 'Pretty Boy Floyd' I didn't care for Floyd's actions outside of the ring. I'll be honest, it made me want to see him be beaten.
However, you cannot deny that he's one of the greatest WW's in the history of boxing. Technically he's one of the best to ever do it.

Do I think he beats prime for prime Pacquiao? We will never know, but it would have been 50/50 in my eyes. I'm still gutted that we never got to see that fight in their primes.

Would Floyd have beaten Hearns, SRL, Oscar, Duran, Napoles, Whitaker, Trinidad, Griffith or SRR? Again, we will never know.
His style would have matched up better than Pacquiao's. Would he have beaten at least half of them, sure - I'd like to think so.

Any way you look at it, he deserves a top 10 spot - whether you like him or not.

The best of his era yes, but not ever! I rate both Sugar Rays over him @ WW. Probably the most talented though.

Honestly I don't get if you agree with me or not lol was bit of a jumble

Belts or no belts he was clearly best of his era undisputed in current climate mean nothing

belts mean nothing look at Joshua he had 3 belts yet people talked about him like he was a bum lol

Canelo was undisputed but did he really fight the best at 168 beating rocky fielding for a belt doesn't mean much to me
