How come the Lennox Lewis vs Vitali Klitschko fight didn't go to the scorecards if it went 6 rounds?

As for using his dreads to make the cuts worse: not true either. I just rewatched this fight, not even once did that happen. There's a reason why Vitali himself never claimed Lewis did anything like that during the fight.

2) Lewis fought dirty with headbutts
3) Lewis didn't cause the cuts with clean punches
4) Lewis didn't want the rematch, he basically ducked Vitali
5) Vitali, for some unknown reason, lies when he doesn't claim there were headbutts from Lewis
6) Vitali, for some unknown reason, lies about Lewis' mother stopping the rematch
7) Manny Steward, for some unknown reason, lies about Lewis' SO not wanting him to fight anymore
8) Lewis wasn't underprepared but was on HGH = he is a drug cheat as well

And if anyone disputes any of these things, they must be a Brit. To put together such an elaborate and far-fetched agenda is quite something, I must admit.

Because Vitali got his face rearranged by legitimate punches from Lewis. If the cuts were due to a bunch of accidental headbutts then it would make more sense to go to the cards. ****ing get over it already. Lewis was fat, old, disinterested, and out of shape and still managed to stop the younger, more aggressive Vitali.

You use hyperbole in conjunction with selectively assembling only some of the facts.

The punch essentially missed, just grazing the skin of Klitschko, who was on two weeks' notice.

Lewis sure was disinterested after the bout and it doesn't take a genius to figure out why.

 

I'm not saying it was a purposeful thumb, just saying the thumb was all that landed. It definitely wasn;t a case of digging the thumb in during a clinch.

It isn't even close. Many have Lewis at #3 of all time at heavy now. Vitali...top 25 somewhere. And that is being generous....mostly based on perceived ability... because things get very subjective when you get that far down.
