Maybe he wasn't hurt, only stunned. Maybe he wasn't even stunned. We don't know. I agree that it was just a weird situation when Kelly caught him and it looked like Avenasyan wasn't defending himself for a second and didn't expect something coming at him in that moment. Just a weird sequence so i wouldn't overreact but I just think Kelly can hurt opponents and Williamson was hurt badly by Mason Cartwright whom i wouldn't consider a big puncher either. I also have to question Williamsons power a bit. Cartwright is clearly a bit chinny in my opinion and Williamson didn't even drop him if i remember correctly. Cartwright was stopped twice already at 147 and not by big punchers in Ball and Tetley. I just don't see Williamson being the huge puncher everyone claims to be honest. This is a good 50/50 fight where i lean towards Williamson because Kelly just isn't a 12 round fighter in my opinion and fades down the stretch but i wouldn't be shocked if the superior boxer and more skilled fighter wins which is Kelly with no doubt. I also think Kelly knows that this is his last chance to get something going in his career. If he loses this he's almost done on a certain level despite being younger than Williamson and not even 30 years old. But he wouldn't recover from another bad KO loss so i expect him to fight for his ****ing career if its gets messy.

I have a weird gut feeling that Kelly is doing a number on him and it won't be close at all. But just a feeling. I don't trust Kelly with my brain.

Absolutely. And yet I still get the sense that he's the much less hungry of the two men.

I'd agree that Williamson, while sporadically capable of causing hurt with a single shot, isn't a monster puncher. He generally has to toil and grind away at a man before he can start connecting with his best blows. But Kelly has an abrupt tendency to become a sitting duck when his gas starts to deplete—if he can't find ways to effectively pace himself tonight and suffers another unceremonious dip, that's when Troy will be able to start picking the more damaging punches.

Arthur just hammered McIntryre in the second round to force the stoppage but he actually showed really poor finishing instincts there.

Arthur learned quick to just fire the one-two every time McIntyre did that dumb shuffle ****. Lyndon didn't force any mistake, Joel set himself up with the quirks of his godawful 'style'.

Why the hell are Arthur and Yarde facing Euro and South American binmen and 3rd and 4th division scrubs all the time. With the exception of Kovalev they've fought nothing but domestic levels or fighters who've never beaten anyone above domestic level.

They should've been facing the likes of Hot Rod, Marcus Browne, Bolotniks and Salamov. That level of opponent

Oh good looking out! I found it, just in time for technical difficulties lol.

How many other sports have these kind of miscues?

Lol They muted the mics after the host asked Groves if whoever loses the fight is finished.
