Fury in the 1st Chisora bout was susceptible to the overhand right and left hook from Chisora because his footspeed wasn't quite up to speed, wasn't able to re-position fast enough. Chisora cracked him many times in that bout.

The 2nd bout Fury had the footspeed but also a much more defensive positioning meaning he was always a good couple of inches away from Chisora ever being able to land, so much so Chisora stopped throwing and he switched southpaw which meant all he had to do was lean back a little and roll with the punch and the overhand could never land.

This current version of Fury tries to hold his feet more and doesn't use as much lateral movement...I'll be impressed to be honest if he can get heavy long range shots off and anything in-between to take Chisora apart quickly. I think we'll see Chisora backing off rather quickly once he realizes Fury isn't going to go backwards. Clinches will be inevitable as usual.

People are writing this bout off but there are many intriguing things that are worth eyeballing. Fury looks in very good condition, his bipolar manic seems to be kicking hard this week though, will be interesting to see how he uses that, whether it gives him laser focus or he is sloppy. I think he's settling down and will be right on point tonight.

Denis is really just a mini Derevyanchenko.

Berinchyk turned pro 2 years later than his fellow London 2012 teammates and medalists Loma and Usyk and he's roughly the same age as them but he's had 16 fights and never even fought for a world title fight yet. Loma was a world champion in his 3rd fight and a three weight one and the P4P king in just 12 fights. Usyk won a world title in his 10th fight, unified the CW division in just 15 fights, and was the three belt unified HW king
    by his 19th fight

Gvozdyk was a world champion by his 16th fight

Derevyanchenko has fought for world title x 3 in just 18 fights

What's taking him so long? The answer is Loma and Usyk are very special and ain't no one done what they done. Real talk. That's what I'm talking about

The venue is full of Usyk victims. AJ, Chisora, Joyce, and even Beterbiev has made a rare public appearance and is ringside with his son. I wonder what future Usyk victim Fury thinks about that?
