LOL Dubois ALMOST LOST A FIXED FIGHT THAT WAS IN HIS FAVOR

I'm not sure what happened but between round one ending early and punches thrown after the bell in round three, it was definitely suspect.

Dubois ceiling is the same as Whytes, high level gatekeeper.

 

If the fight was fixed in the sense that Lerena was told not to win beforehand, why didn't he back off after the 1st KD? Applying pressure and scoring 3 KD's with time left in the 1st round against a compromised opponent could have been it for Dubois and Lerena followed up with steady pressure in the 2nd round. It's also terrible for Dubois' reputation to be knocked down three times in one round by a light punching, lightly regarded cruiser and look like he's going to quit again and it's probably bad for his confidence and career progression even though he won. And why was Joyce (who Warren definitely wanted to lose to the vastly younger, big favourite Dubois and was far more dangerous than Lerena) allowed to win? Did Warren forget to pay Joyce's bribe?

 

Fixed fight for sure. They also rang the bell like 10 seconds earlier. On top of that they give him at least 1 + extra minute to recover inbetween rounds.
British Boxing corruption at it's highest. Absolutely pathetic.
And yeah that was 100% fixed fight, as Lerena literally stopped throwing, and it wasn't like he was tired after 1 round with 10 punches thrown.
This was 100% fixed fight, that didn't goes through the script.

Boxing is getting worst and worst. I'm done with it, once Usyk and Loma retires.

Somebody reminded Lerena after he hurt Dubois that he shouldn't do that to get his money lol.

 

Warren is more dodgy than Hearn. I've seen his referees do shady stuff in countless fights with his boxers, and the timekeeper who stopped the round early to save Dubois is obviously in Warren's pocket.

It wasn't a fixed fight, but they dishonestly stacked the deck against Lerena.

 

I almost bet on his opponent, glad I didn't but it almost happened. Dubois can't fight, he just dishes out haymakers to hapless bums and even then still struggles.

 

I have been saying since the beggining that he is an untalented muscleman. Whyte is ambitious for him.
